- All services are provided by Anilq Detailing and are subject to availability.
- Bookings must be made in advance. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed.
- Customers must provide accurate vehicle details, service requirements and location information when booking.
- Prices start from the amounts shown and may increase depending on vehicle size, condition, location or additional work required.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, loose trims, faulty paintwork or manufacturer defects.
- Customers must remove personal belongings, valuables and fragile items from the vehicle before the service begins.
- Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, mould, stains, odours or excessive dirt may require an additional charge.
- Anilq Detailing reserves the right to refuse or rearrange any service where access, safety, weather or vehicle condition makes the job unsuitable.
- Payment is due once the service has been completed, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of mobile car wash and detailing services, completed work is generally non-refundable.
- If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue.
- Where appropriate, we may offer to correct or improve the affected area at our discretion.
- Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Anilq Detailing.
- Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Missed appointments, late cancellations or failure to provide access to the vehicle may result in a lost deposit or cancellation fee.
- Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by pre-existing vehicle damage, poor paint condition, wear and tear or customer-supplied products.
